Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman, an American gymnast, was a member of the Fierce Five 2012 and Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic Gymnastics teams. Aly Raisman took home three gold medals in the 2012 Olympics, in London. In addition, she took home a bronze on balance beam. In the end, she was the very first American to compete at an Olympics with the top amount of medals. Gold medals she took home in the Olympics in 2016 was her second consecutive gold medal for the United States team. She was, along with teammate Gabby - the first Americans to accomplish this accomplishment. Silver medals were also awarded at the all-around event and floor exercise. Following the 2nd Olympics the gymnast stopped for three years gymnastics. Gold medal winner American team also won two World Championships. When she was just 2 when she started to study gymnastics. Her favorite sport is floor workouts. Aly gives to the Uniting Against Lung Cancer charity in honor of her departed grandmother. She plans to pursue an occupation in fashion and is looking to increase her signature line of leotards as well as socks in the future. Fierce is a novel she's currently working on will be published sometime in the coming year.
